Course Description: Examination of theories, research, and practices for accomplishing individual change; application of models of change to alter violent or counterproductive behaviors and attitudes; improving human interaction and reducing violence/abuse. Some sections of this class may include a civic learning component where students volunteer in a community program addressing violence for 2 hours per week. Prerequisite(s): For students enrolled in B.A. PSY Continuing cohort Program: Bachelor of Arts, Psychology Units: 3 units Course day(s)/time(s): Wednesdays, 6:30 P.M. to 9:15 P.M.
