Society for Human Resource Management Professional Program (Fall 2024)

Offered in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the SHRM Professional Online Program at Cal State LA Downtown prepares individuals for both the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) exams. Earning a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential allows individuals to become recognized experts and leaders in the HR field by delivering a high level of knowledge and skills with distinct benefits to their organizations. This program is also for those individuals who need recertification credits required by SHRM, and for those not interested in SHRM certification, but simply want to improve their HR skills and continue their professional development. Cal State LA is a SHRM Top 20 Education Partner.
